KRC Capital’s asset management is building up a real estate portfolio. As part of the real estate strategy KRC Capital invests in offices, leisure and retail properties on prime locations providing solid annual returns, where capital enhancements can be created. KRC Capital asset management optimizes the returns through close cooperation with the property users. The preferred size and investment volume per property is between € 5 million and € 50 million, on A locations measured for each category.
Part of the real estate portfolio is a joint venture in the real estate portfolio of the growing citizenM hotel chain, with hotels currently under development at Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam South Axis, Glasgow city center, London South bank and Berlin city center.
Another element of the real estate investment strategy of KRC Capital is to further expand its office portfolio on “A Locations” in the city centers and CBD’s of prime cities in the Netherlands.
